My mother has dementia and she was a little apprehensive about going to a new doctor, but she instantly took to Dr. Chavez and later told me that she really felt good after her visit and that she's so glad that I took her to him. Dr. Chavez and his staff are the most caring and loving people I've ever had in a professional setting. Thank you for easing both our anxiety levels. Lol

Have you ever made a doctor’s appointment, given a date and time? you arrived to the appointment 15 minutes early as recommended and get to your appointment and wait in the waiting area 30 minutes before seeing the doctor and if you don’t cancel your appointment the 48 hours before your charged. This has never happened in the last 13 years that Dr. Chavez has been my doctor. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes. Trust me once you get that type of treatment you can never go back. We love Dr. Pompeyo Chavez.

I wish there were a few more stars to check. The entire office is so efficient and kind. I had to take a short sabbatical from MDVIP as I retired from the workforce and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to afford anymore. I feel so safe and assured this office is for me.
